You can have an accelerated procedure if you

• live and work in the EU/ EFTA (outside Switzerland),
• wish to work in Switzerland for a maximum of 90 working days per calendar year and
• do not have a Swiss employment contract.

Depending on the professional activity, a declaration must be submitted online to the Declaration Center of the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI).
